Happy Friday… any straight A students out there? teachers pets? I personally was voted by my peers in grad school as the class comedian so I can’t say I exactly relate to any of you… although I admired you from a distance and always hoped to be in your group for group projects.
If you want to get ahead for next week… I’m going to give you your Clarity with Charity weekend study guide: Take this enneagram test (it’s free) and come back HERE Monday for an ongoing series with a variety of exceptional authors all about your enneagram number and how it relates to your mothering. If you’re a Mama, want to be a Mama someday or know a Mama you are going to want to check this series out!
Don’t forget to take the free enneagram test here and check back here on Monday for the beginning of the series!
And now that you have an exciting evening of enneagram test taking ahead of you to look forward to, here’s the Friday Faves!
Speaking of things to look forward to on a Friday night. Our family just started a new tradition. Popcorn with marshmallows and family movie night. Poor Zeke is wondering where his popcorn bowl is! One of my favorite parts of having littles is getting to establish family traditions. It’s the little things that can make life special and fun. My boys ask me everyday now if it’s family movie night. What are some of your favorite family traditions? Please share! I am always looking for fun new ideas.
LOVE: y’all miracles happen if you believe!!! Except… real talk… I did not believe this one would happen. F decided he wanted to use the potty. Here he is keeping his eyes on the prize channeling all his poop and peeing powers to earn his race car! So the timing may not be the best since we are getting our house ready to sell and I am no real estate expert but I am assuming the sight of a paw patrol potty, Elmo potty and frog potty and rolled up rug may not exactly be what “staging a house” to appeal to a “nice family” should look like… so yeah there’s that… pray for us…
LIKE: This Jesus Lovin’ Mama shares some great insights this week in her post, Dear Momma, Find the Joy. I think you will be encouraged like I was!
LAUGH: This Babylon Bee Article had my hubby and I laughing so hard…I think it’s one any parent can relate to. My hubby and I have legit considered paying a babysitter for date night and just taking a nap in our car. Read the article here
